Refund & Adjustment Policy

ALwheels.com sells exclusively to commercial buyers in full-pallet quantities. Because every shipment is staged for LTL freight to a commercial dock, our refund and adjustment policy is structured around freight realities, not consumer-style “change-of-mind” returns.
All Sales Final After Shipment
Because we ship full pallets of premium wholesale aluminum truck wheels (22.5″ HDValue, sold by the pallet of 16), once a pallet has been picked up by the freight carrier the order is considered final. We are unable to accept “change-of-mind” returns on full pallets.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund by emailing ken@webbcap.com or calling 800-886-4926 as soon as possible. Orders that have already been picked, palletized, or tendered to a carrier may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order subtotal to cover handling and freight reversal.
Damaged or Short Shipments
If the pallet arrives damaged, short, or with broken seals:
- Note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- Photograph the pallet, packaging, and any damaged units.
- Email the photos and BOL note to ken@webbcap.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will file a freight claim with the carrier and arrange a credit, replacement, or refund.
Concealed damage discovered after signing must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Manufacturing Defects
If individual units within an otherwise-undamaged pallet are defective from manufacturing, contact us with photos and we will replace or credit the affected units. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Wire and net-terms customers receive credits to their account or a check at our discretion.
